It is best to create your files in the following format: .pdf (with overview). If it is possible, the illustration must be the original size, with a resolution of at least 150 DPI (dots per inch). The best resolution for a canvas is 300 DPI. Make sure you work with vectors, because vectors ensure that the image is not blurred, even in large formats. In addition, vectors reduce the size of the file, which is important in large print sizes.
WHAT WAY OF PRINTING AT WHAT FOR DESIGN?
When you deliver a full-color file, it is printed digitally. If it is a full-color file, you can deliver the file in CMYK. If you want us to consider PMS values, you can process these in your file. Let us know in advance. Keep in mind that the PMS values can only be accessed with digital printing, but there can always be a deviation.
If a fabric must be printed with screen printing, this is only possible with PMS values. Always start from C (coated). It must always be 100% solid colors. If the image has none, you can search for an alternative spot color that is close to the desired result.
We can also apply halftone printing. However, this is a completely different process, where a special screen printing technique must be used. In this case it is possible to work with percentages of spot colors. If you need more information or help with creating the print template, we are happy to do it for you.
You can send a file with a maximum of 25 Mb by e-mail. For larger files, we recommend using a service such as WeTransfer or Google Drive. It is important to always state the corresponding order number when sending to avoid misunderstandings.
